What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency, accountability and approachability. They clearly believe in the company and are fully invested in achieving company goals. The people initiatives introduced or being introduced show genuine empathy and compassion towards the staff and their personal circumstances.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex 4 together with WFH options and a cooked lunch being provided everyday is really amazing. I have been working for 30 odd years and have never been offered so much flexibility. Friend and family are very jealous!
