Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Lots of flexibility and inter-departmental support.

Aside from the incredible chef made lunches, the people I work with

Base would be higher but commissions are great for those who work for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always so giving with their time to help and support others. There are no egos.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being interview but someone who has been with the company for 10+ years along side a new hire. They both had the same excitement and passion for their jobs. Very encouraging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex 4, being paid full salary on a 32 hour week. The extra day gives me the opportunity to nature my life outside of work which makes me so grateful to work at simPRO and eager to work hard and show my appreciation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about their people. We don't need a cost of living raise, a 32hr full paid work week, the option to WFH 2 days out of 4, or a commentary chef cooked lunch everyday in the office, amongst other incredible perks, however our leadership team believes we do deserve all of this!
