My last 2 years had been great with simPRO. I look myself growing within this organization and learning different things. There are enormous opportunities to learn and grow in my day-to-day job. Life has become some much better after FLEX 4 implementation.

The Leadership team is approachable and easy to talk to. The team is very enthusiastic and make things happen!

Work hard and party hard! We celebrate festivals from different culture all together. simPRO embraces different culture, ethnicity and makes the workplace enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership Team organises regular Town hall meetings and Fire side chat every quarter to engage with the staff. They all seem to be very approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
simPRO acknowledge and support diversity. We are one Team value is clearly displayed on day to day basis. Very friendly environment and celebrates festival from different culture and religion around the world. In house- lunch is finger-licking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fun to hang out with during and after work hours. We like to share our knowledge among each other and are very helpful. We start our day with an interesting fun fact delivered by our team leader during the scrum time.
