We are all working hard in our silos so it's nice to get together and feel encouraged by each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, $0 health premiums, 4 day work week but paid for full time work, 401k match 6% --I could keep going

They care about their people. From day 1 I have felt welcomed and seen not only by my immediate team but by leadership
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate the inclusive efforts. I feel that the company has a good handle on current events and how we the employees are being impacted
