Doing a great job for my customer. Showing them things and giving them tools that may have a massive impact on their life.

The direct access to the exec and their willingness to engage and be transparent (as they can be) about the business and our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're constantly looking at ways to improve the employee experience as well as driving the business forward. They understand that the 2 are intrinsically linked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's got to be the 4 day working week. It's like being handed an extra 52 days of holiday a year! Who wouldn't want a 4 day weekend every other week?
