Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the market my base salary is a bit low, we have recently received a pay rise of less than 7% (which was kind of executive team and I appreciated it) however it hasn't affected my salary too much. I am struggling with the expenses of everyday life caused by inflation these days.
