It is a great place to work, great flexibility and a good team, pay is not competitive though, but that is the only main complaint. A good company to work at for sure otherwise

The work and the people here are fantastic, but some people in leadership are not flexible in adapting to the needs and concerns of the employees. Work can be flexibile but can be improved. Pay compensation has much to be desired. It is a good company but has issues to work out before it is great

A good company with good people with room for improvement, improvement in more competitive salaries, perhaps improvements in work/life balance

Very friendly and cooperative, couldn't ask for a better team

They are trying to adapt to the needs of the employees

Being able to work at my own pace, as well as being able to work from home
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here try to do there best to help one another, it is not difficult to ask for help at anytime
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is significantly lower than what I would get paid at other companies, and it is not clear this would change anytime soon

There is a clearer direction for the company with better communication between the leadership team and the rest of the company than in the past

Everyone is an expert at their role and keeps on top of their work and commitments/projects. It is easy to get along with everyone and work well together

A good sense of direction and the good communication with the company employees. The decisions made are also explained which gives context to the reasoning for the direction we are going which is good
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is good at fostering open communication, I do not feel like there is any difficulty in reaching out to my manager/team lead or even some of the leadership team if there are issues or concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager and team leader work well at finding people who mesh well with one another, our team has no conflicts and we are efficient and the work we produce has definitely been something I am proud of being apart of
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary for an equivalent positions at other companies are more competitive, especially for the lower pay tier roles in the company. I spoke to different people from other departments and it looks to be an issue for them too. With rising inflation and costs, this issue will assuredly grow
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like with my experience and the work I do I should be paid more as the job I do at almost every other company for this job is significantly higher. The reason I stay at this job for the time being as the work flexibility and location is good, my team is excellent and the work we do is great
