What do you like best about the leadership team?

Communication - they sometimes listen to the other teams.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My specific team is very close and has attention to detail. Not too serious, if theres an issue you can talk without feeling like a nuisance

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Improve the software = make the clients happy = make the departments dealing with software or/and people happy. Make the staff that does not deal with the software knowledgeable about the software.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

In our country we go out and do social club which is fun, though this is not supplied by the company. If the company supplied additional funds for social clubs I feel as though energy levels would be much higher

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I, or all the departments that actually deal with the software feel undervalued as you have just put so much more money into marketing. Yes you can change the colours but the software still has the same bugs, challenges, and issues that were there since last year. Marketing does not need more money
