My overall experience has been challenging due to the constant changes and lack of communication within the organisation. The absence of proper policies and procedures has resulted in a stressful work environment. Ultimately this is not what I signed up for.

I am still getting to know them, everyone is quite new

We all get along really well and are comfortable with each other inside and outside of work.

I honestly couldn't tell you. I feel like I don't know any of them anymore, they are all new faces overseas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am currently experiencing a significant lack of balance in my life, as work has increasingly consumed my time and energy. I am no longer content with my current situation and feel a strong desire to make a change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work assigned to each of us has more than doubled without any corresponding increase in compensation. The absence of efficient processes has resulted in prolonged delays in resolving issues and has created a tense atmosphere within the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe we are paid fairly for the work we do unless you are in the Sales Team in which you get paid ridiculously for little work in comparison to the efforts other teams need to put it as a bare minimum. It is disheartening to lose benefits such as flex-4 when this was the deciding factor
