it is a very bright people who think not only about themselves but rather how to make things better and people happier
it's getting better! Currently the department I collaborate the most with having a bit of different understanding of collaboration. That needs to be sort out. I can't handle much of politics cause I have work to do
review approaches; review culture, fire P&C head and find a good balance of taking care of employed people, their collaboration and accountability. Communication is the key as well. Current top management is really bad at it.

All departments should follow established processes, Accounts are no how different. Interdepartmental relationships should be documented and clearly followed. Fire extra managers/CEOs and hire support&dev people. At least they take care of Simpro users. Hire human beings, not agenda propagandists

The fact that culture in my office is kept by one of the coworkers and not the P&C. So far all I observed is how P&C killing the culture, laugh and friendship. We thrive despite rodlacey people. May the peace be upon him
My salary is below the market; I have no benefits at all; all allowances are not covering what they are for. Dinner cost $60; allowance is $70. Do you expect me to eat healthy for $10 a day, be bright, smart and take care of your clients? Sorry, it is impossible. Better to expect a rise of churn
They are working hard, enjoing the fruits of their labour and improving as they go. One of the best quality, I think it is accesability. I feel it is a backup for me when things are going off the rails. It helps a lot just to know that I have someone to share with and I'll be heard. Thank you guys!
