it started really great a few years ago and gradually rolled into what I can describe as a corporation abyss. We are getting Americanised against our will. bright promises on the empty ground. God blessed America, god will take care of it.

iut was good but gradually taking pear shape. They should stop firing ppl left and right unexpectedly. It is really scary the shit out of bottom of the food chain

nothing. The culture of my company is horrible, and humiliating and diminishing

it is a very bright people who think not only about themselves but rather how to make things better and people happier
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's getting better! Currently the department I collaborate the most with having a bit of different understanding of collaboration. That needs to be sort out. I can't handle much of politics cause I have work to do
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
review approaches; review culture, fire P&C head and find a good balance of taking care of employed people, their collaboration and accountability. Communication is the key as well. Current top management is really bad at it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i'd like to have a health insurance or life/income protection insurance as other company do Also, it would be nice to have a market-grade salary. Currently, I'm about 15% less then what I may have if I get another job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All departments should follow established processes, Accounts are no how different. Interdepartmental relationships should be documented and clearly followed. Fire extra managers/CEOs and hire support&dev people. At least they take care of Simpro users. Hire human beings, not agenda propagandists
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
market range salary, as a starter. and taking me as a human will help as well. I'm not LGTB+ or a person belonging to the current western agenda. I'm an AVARAGE person. you can fire me and hire LGTB+ ppl.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that culture in my office is kept by one of the coworkers and not the P&C. So far all I observed is how P&C killing the culture, laugh and friendship. We thrive despite rodlacey people. May the peace be upon him
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is below the market; I have no benefits at all; all allowances are not covering what they are for. Dinner cost $60; allowance is $70. Do you expect me to eat healthy for $10 a day, be bright, smart and take care of your clients? Sorry, it is impossible. Better to expect a rise of churn
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are working hard, enjoing the fruits of their labour and improving as they go. One of the best quality, I think it is accesability. I feel it is a backup for me when things are going off the rails. It helps a lot just to know that I have someone to share with and I'll be heard. Thank you guys!
