I am allowed to work at my own pace

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy my line of work. This is regardless of the company I work for

What are some of the best things about your team?

We get along very well and work well together in supporting each other professionally and personally

What do you like best about the leadership team?

We are slowly but surely seeing more structure and direction with how the company is being run as a larger enterprise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I started my journey at Simpro for home/life balance with the 4 day work week. This job was a pay drop and offered lower pay compared to other companies. This was a trade off I chose to accept at the time. Despite the incremental pay increase it is still lower than what is in the market.
