Great company, love how willing the management is to move individuals to higher positions... tons of opportunity for growth. Training for me has been a bit mehh for me, but I'm making the best of two different positions.

Very nice and committed to the employees working underneath them, but also hardworking themselves .
What did you like most about the interview process?
Both of the managers I spoke with were polite and laid back during the interview process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would be interested in sick days per calendar year. at the moment I do not receive any compensation for being out sick (ect...)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management is very understanding. They look for you to learn and grow into another positions, and also understand some the hardships of your current position.
