I liked my previous GM's understanding, confidence, safety rules, inspection, fairness

To many things to list. From maintenance, housekeeping, breakfast, public areas, pool, operations, front desk, laundry, staff, management, health and safety
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do their jobs. Show up for work. Get vaccinations. Show negative test from doctor before returning to work. No one follows those rules.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have asked for a raise many times. I have held up the hotel when no one came in or no one shows up. I have never called off or never didnt show up for a shift. Other employees do a lot and i dont. I am also the lowest paid employee and it is not fair.
