Empower, support, need consistentcy by leader also, proactive, should not be bias which can make team spoiled.

Audit documents are very good but most data are just lying or just for show maded by leader or employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learn about IHG and just self study. Until now I did not get orientation training and I have beeing working for 4 months over.
