I don't enjoy coming to work because the work environment is not ideal. My coworkers do not encourage friendly interactions and are often very degrading and aggressive. I have observed my boss avoiding responsibility for handling any issues that my coworkers and I bring up to her.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be friendlier and more positive. My coworkers talk down at me and for that reason I haven't been able to experience many positive interactions with this team of people. The environment at work is very degrading.
