Management is horrible, racially profiled, others can ask for days off but its a problem for me. Worked a whole 16 hours because the lady working 3-11pm did a no call no show and she still works here. I asked if i could be off the next day i was told no. Borrowing money from hotel is normal apparent

Everything they lack being on time and being nice to others
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because its a problem when i want a day off or call in. Not to mention my daughter passed away and i never got flowers, or asked if i needed bereavement time off or nothing. Poor management!
