I like my job, but for being an Executive Housekeeping Supervisor I am not paid very well and with no benefits. I am expected to do my normal executive responsibilities, housekeeping responsibilities and also fill in for whoever doesn't come. On an average day I do the work of 3 people.

Most of the team with exception to a few come in on time, work hard and do whats needed
