Everything is great until discipline or reviews that are negative come in, then I get yelled at and have to try my best not to cry because I can't say my side of things.

Communication, too many things are not communicated effectively due to our managers misguidance.

understanding and respecting the needs and concerns of the employees as well as respecting what they do and go through, I feel like it's not worth working.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our manager is extremely aggressive after corporate visits and does not talk to us on even ground, refuses to listen to our issues, plays favorites with coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't make enough to survive on my own without help from family and if I make mistakes I just get berated and yelled at without even getting to say my side of things.
