I believe my management steals hours and time we can work. My supervisor is salary but he takes our hours away because he has to put in his hours on schedule like he is hourly.

Everything for to long I have complained an nothing ever changes.

A better schedule better pay or more hours. We are under valued
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From my knowledge I have no benefits nor have I hear of any type of other compensation. I can't even afford Christmas for my children. Now I feel I have to find another job so I can get atleastv1 real form on money
