My overall work experience has been absolutely horrible. I have been working at this company for almost 6 weeks and have had to talk to the general manager on several occasions. And yet nothing has been addressed. How do I know that, is because they come back to inform me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor leadership. Some workers are too comfortable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Very strong leaders. Whether they are in management or not.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone wants to be friends, which is not completely acceptable in the workplace. Respectfully work relationships get in the way of working properly.
