What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get a paycheck after working.

The money I would recieve is a decent amount.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've worked a few seasons I'm not fulltime at all but the job was said to be temp to hire but who wants to work up under such disrespect.

A raise once a year

Not undervalued, just feel like a number anymore.

More bonuses and recognition of a job well done.

To late,they closed my Plant,and Quinlan who held 3 positions,Chairman,Ceo and President,never stepped foot inside our Plant,a disgrace ,when stock was a penny a share

The pay is fair the benefits are below average. Out of pocket medical cost for example actually take several dollars an hour from your net pay

This is printing. If you haven't worked in printing your not going to know anything. They're hiring people on for a fast track program to be assistant pressman when these people can't even get the basics down. Why am I busting my ass when it's for nothing
