Quality is not even considered anymore. Safety is behind production.
The attitude that everything must be done for the benefit of the company. Start treating employees like the asset that they truly are! A little give and take....not just take take take.
Not sure about the customer end.
Unless you replace the higher ups,its going no where
NOT TO HAVE AN SPECIFIC LINE WHERE TO REPORT EVERY DAY IS NOT A GOOD FEELING. THE PROMOTIONS ARE GIVEN TO A FAMILY MEMBERS OF PEOPLE IN THE OFFICCE OR SUPERVISORS, IT WOULD BE NICE THAT EVERYBODY CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTIONS. THEY DON'T RESPECT THE SENIORITY AND CERO COMMUNICATION.

Company overall is "top heavy" too much management especially at the corporate level. Allow production level input and empowerment
