They are all stale, need some new blood. Just show that they care about the employees that come to work .
Working with the employees instead of against them.
Listening to help employees do a more productive job
Communication and showing appreciation for the guys on the floor.
Literally everything possible under the Sun!!
I've worked a few seasons I'm not fulltime at all but the job was said to be temp to hire but who wants to work up under such disrespect.
A raise once a year
Not undervalued, just feel like a number anymore.
To late, they closed my Plant, and Quinlan who held 3 positions,Chairman,Ceo and President, never stepped foot inside our Plant,a disgrace ,when stock was a penny a share
More bonuses and recognition of a job well done.
They need to feel(be) appreciated so that their personality improves. They don't like the job so their attitude is negative.
Like I said earlier, fire the whole dam corporate team and get some people that knows how to run a business and not just think about lining their pockets.
The company needs to understand without good employees there is no company. Restructure pay and benefits
Managers need to listen to what the people on the floor need from them to be successful. Not much encouragement given, only when you make a mistake.
Get Rid of Ceo/President of the company
Overtime needs to stop. Working 1000 hrs overtime a year isn't healthy for anybody. A company that just makes money is a bad company
Get away from targeted selection and make the interview more conversational
Really,theres no hope for them
Why explain your not going to listen or do anything anyway.
Quality is not even considered anymore. Safety is behind production.
The attitude that everything must be done for the benefit of the company. Start treating employees like the asset that they truly are! A little give and take....not just take take take.
Not sure about the customer end.
Unless you replace the higher ups,its going no where
