Thrift savings

Review from Operations Dept

Good benefits

Great benefits package.

Review from Operations Dept

TSP for FERS participants is great if you contribute minimum of 5%.

Review from Operations Dept

Insurance is great with 50% company pride.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Follow the contract! Manage the resources. Schedule appropriately

The USPS does not value hard workers and you get absolutely no incentive for your work.

Some sppreciation and consideration for work/life balance

Value based system of payment. The terrible carriers make the same as the High value carriers and we have to clean up behind them. It's never appreciated because management does not address or correct the issue.

Treated unfairly. Days off are terrible. Management fails to keep up with the times. Managers are uneducated.

Expectations are unresonable. Long hours and overworked

For the way we are treated by the management it's not well compensation.

Nothing bad, I know they're working on everything and getting things token care of.
