What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
working in an office by myself with great customers
very little. toxic environment with poor management, bottom to top.

Working remotely attending ZOOM calls, I see my team more now than in the office. It has been very productive.

As long as managers don't feel like you're trying to expose their flaws, they can have franc speech with you
