I started at the deer Park New York store a month ago. I'm already looking for another job because they are so unsupportive. I am not happy at this store.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm pretty new and I don't really know that much about it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I've been working alone a lot. The produce section is a lot of heavy lifting. It's backbreaking.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work so hard I don't have anything positive to say. I'm unappreciated and I've only been there a month. I'll be leaving soon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As I said I'm pretty new but I am not happy about the way the store manager treated me. The HR lady also told me that I should look for another job. They don't care.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't have to go to the store to be interviewed. But it was complicated since I had to look at my email all the time and I didn't know I had to do that in the beginning.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The store manager should understand that unforeseeable circumstances do happen even to new employees. They should be understanding. They're not looking at the work I do only if I'm a body in the store. I'm getting no credit for working hard.
