Overall it is a mess , i try my best in following my job guidelines but in the end so many issues occur with servers , managment and orher workers as well as me personally me being sexually harassed on multiple occasions .
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing at all, beijg hired quickly is a red flag , went by way too fast, not descriptive or welcome/ friendly more so just another worker attituded
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't even have meetings, as a team within our own branch we dont have meetings as far as i know but with the ceo no i have not been apart of one
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Communicating with everyone, not being overworked or undrrstaffed , properly ordering inventory , people gettint sick with covid and no one being shut down , me getting sexually harassed and no justifce going on for me it's disgusting
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Even the customers say the food is cold , raw or over cooked / burnt all types of issues . Or that the male workers dont wash their hands properly , servers are rude/ not knowledgeable of drinks or certain food items / sales. Proper training can change all of that
