Most of our managers come from Target. There is a disconnect with the difference between a regular retail store and a Warehouse. On midnights we sometimes only have 2 people. We have no one in receiving. So the zone leads have to take care of everything. Then the mgmt comes in and is complaining.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay, and benefits, learning about the store.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No workers, unreasonable expectations and unreasonable mgmt.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The small team I have works well together. There are only 5 of us sooooo.
