What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always have fired to put out. Very tense on a regular shift.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Just meeting the low end on compensation. The recent increase starting new team member was an excellent start
What makes you most happy at work?
I lways show up with a positive/friendly attitude engaging with every member leaving the club, preference our nations veterans.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring process for new team members have to go through an additional level of recruiting. Team members are reporting to work with NO knowledge what some of the duties are. Example: Recruiter selected a person for Carts. Individual had no idea what the job required and departed after 3 hours.
