What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Attitude needs to change, to get by only through being "Buddies" with everyone or being friends within the group there.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of them are good, attitudes are nice in my experience. They can be very good with communication, sometimes they are chill. Wish the rest of 'em had a decent attitude like that.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop changing or adding more strict rulings and nonsensical policies, go back to what it was a year ago even when Covid was hitting us hard, it was fair but not too degrading or strick.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Sometimes the way we do specials and we don't have the product we are advertising since each club is different and it falls back on us to ensure what we and don't have. Also the lack of workers has hit this part of the store more and more which slows production in areas that need more support.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a part timer, I am being pushed on 5 to 6 day stretches, as a crew of 3 in my department, barley can get things done since they have stockpiled more jobs onto us we can never get things done. Pay isn't worth doing a job that should be simple not a one person doing a 3 man job if not more.
