The gm needs to have realistic expectations especially when you onky have sormtines 3 people working overnight.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overnight crew between the leads is one of the most productive team in the whole store. Our overnight manager cannot multi task, freaks out every might over the work that needs to be accomplished. He Is completely unqualified for the job. He is completely incompetent.
