Working at bjs now is not very exciting anymore there is no respect for the team members from management. At the club that I work our general manager is so lazy and all he thinks about is himself. Some of the team members know more about their development than the managers. Professionalism.

Because the company doesn't care about the team members all they care about is profits

Treating everyone with respect and having management team that works not give orders and talk down to team members
