I really like a lot of my coworkers but management was very poor and lacking in empathy and compassion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication was poor and lacking, very rude and distant, talked behind your back, asked other employees and managers to watch you.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by a recruiter, it was very very misleading it was clear there was some discrepancy between the recruiter and the company and also some miscommunication. The job was talked up alot and after orientation and actually started officially working I was highly disappointed!
