Ever heard "Too many cooks in the kitchen" it means here, too many ppl think they are incharge and the ones that are do nothing but get in the way, all are actually usless all in all. Awful.

No face to face. Hired in ability and knowledge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not one thing, 15 days in, no one introduses themselves, not even Club Mgr. mot even a hello.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training on the front end. Customer service attitude is the worst ive ever seen. PIC/Lead... useless. Taught down the line and getting worse evwry new hire. .
