The BJ's that I work at is not horrible but there is a horrible turn over rate. I dont believe they pay enough for everything I do. The people that they just hired are making more then me and i do all the training for the new employees, I take up shifts when we are short staffed, i do alot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the two higher up guys at the store. they are respectful and appreciative.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe a better way to communicate with employees and being more appreciative towards people that do alot.
