They are friendly and always jump in to help when needed

It was fairly quick, much more like s conversation and when i was finished i knew i either had the job or didn't.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Trust those you hire to make decisions on their own. If you dont trust them to do just that the hiring pricessbis broken. Get a better hiring process, train them well on each task and the same. Dont just leave them in the weeds. Give them the proper tools they need to be successful, good floor mats
