A good place to work but the employee and manager turn over rate is high, communication is also a problem if you ask 3 managers the same question you get 4 different answers. The fact it's a membership club is one of the best parts of working here you get to know members as you see them often

Most people who stay are good hard working people who are willing to not only help you but will go out of there way to show you how to learn more
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them are understanding and down to earth but the one problem is as soon as you get comfortable and understand what they expect from you and the vision they have for the club, they bring in new leaders with new ideas and expectations
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping members out, sometimes by going the extra mile and showing them that customer service still exists. There's not a better feeling than having a member tell them how much easier or how much better you made they're day and/or whatever event they are there to get things for
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Understandably they need to offer more money to new hires to get them in the door but they show also make sure to take care of the people who have been there and not only know how to do the job they've been hired to do but also are able to fill in another position, the more Jobs youcando more $$$$$$
