Most people who stay are good hard working people who are willing to not only help you but will go out of there way to show you how to learn more
Most of them are understanding and down to earth but the one problem is as soon as you get comfortable and understand what they expect from you and the vision they have for the club, they bring in new leaders with new ideas and expectations
Helping members out, sometimes by going the extra mile and showing them that customer service still exists. There's not a better feeling than having a member tell them how much easier or how much better you made they're day and/or whatever event they are there to get things for
