Getting paid a little more and being able to become full-time

We need to be trained properly we need better equipment new wire and working properly

Being able to communicate with us having meetings about what we can improve on and off all better equipment

You have to be full-time employee to get benefits and they only hire part timer so they will have to give them benefits
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our equipment malfunctions and brakes on a daily basis so we can get an upgrade that will be a huge help for us to work efficiently
