People are constantly working together which improves work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to recognize more what all Club locations are experiencing and have more realistic expectations of hourly and salaried employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Policies make it almost impossible to use paid sick time which is earned. Write ups should expire after 60 days. Making a mistake is held against you instead of used as a learning experience.
