What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication between home office and clubs. Stop attempting to upgrade how you give out tasks and just attempt to actually talk to team members
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New culture includes accountability, although that doesn't seem to happen. Streamline communication between home office and clubs. Evaluate your team fairly and pay accordingly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need more overlap between departments, more than one person should know how to do a specific task. Hire employees who understand they need to work hard and are available a variety of hours.
