Its all okey if you start working, when you works for long you will know they don't pay you what they suppose to pay you. Its a starter job, you might change it after awhile.

We do communicating with each other, and keep the business running during our watch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The paid is low after it has been taxed. This job pays less than average wholesale.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do giving out orders to do certain things but always not there when you needed them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The place is big, you can walk around doing stockings and helping customers. You don't always have to stick with one thing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It can improve by giving extra money for doing work hard. We get paid the same with someone who did less in BJ's.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview is going really fast, they don't need a lot of stuffs. Just basics and asks you other experiences you have had.
