The ones at Home Office making changes and decisions need to actually work in the store to see how their great ideas work or completely fail. They need to be part of the team, not the wizard behind the curtain. They need to see their skeleton crew is quitting and falling apart on many levels.
More people need to be hired. The management needs to be on the same page with each other when it comes to barking orders. Cannot send one person in 3 different directions to do the jobs of multiple people at the same time. Cannot ROLL THEIR EYES and scoff when they hear one actually took a break
