I've been here a long time. It use to be fun. I use to be excited about coming in, but not anymore. There's no team member appreciation or support. These kids don't do their jobs like I do and yet they only make pennies less than I. That is so discouraging.
What makes you most happy at work?
My friends. Team members and club members who I have know for a long time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm negative. Those of us who have been together for so long, encourage and support each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was 20 years ago! I knew the person who was becoming 5he GM in the new club.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay me for the work I do compared to those who have been here less time and do less work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love those people who I've been working with for 20 years. We know, understand and put up with each other's idiosyncrasies.
