People skills, caring about mental health, people over profits
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was mobile due to the pandemic as I do not have a lot of nice clothes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More full time positions offered, they don't offer many at all. Better match to 401k, heard it's miserable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are good quality people with good work ethic. It's the favorites you need to watch out for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I can only say corporate greed and a lack of real vision and to see what's really going on. They refuse to listen to those in the trenches.
