They need to hire a security guard at our store, we have so many people stealing and some of the managers dont act like they care, so it makes me think to my self why am i still working here,. Our bathrooms seem like they are always out of order. Need to stop letting customers use both restrooms.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of stealing, prices arent that low anymore. Most of the regular customers stopped coming in and if they do come in they hardly buy anything
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we dont get recognized for doing everything that we do for the company. Could be paid a little more since living out here is so expensive.
