I wish that I had never worked at the 99 cents. I wasted 3 years of my Professional career. A ceo with a laissez faire management style allows a bad executive team to use and abuse employees as they see fit. Workers need to work for leaders who will understand and build on their strengths.

Align it with the company's mission Dont just hire to hire.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Of course undervalued, disrespected, demeaned and abused by executives and human resources upper management. Underpaid and overworked. Inexistant professional connection with their managers and teams. sustain inhumane workplace.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize their accomplishment and mist importantly contributions. They need to give their employees developmental opportunities to fulfill their potential and career goals. Coach them in real time. Align managers with the company's mission. To this day, the 99 cents mission is unknown
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Demonstrate through example that the relationship between leaders and team members is a two way street. Have good listening skills, seek and value other team members views, ideas, and perspectives. Coach to strengths, and help team members develop in a way that supports their career goals.
