I work as a stocker. And constantly looked at as the guy whos does nothing. Although management is happy with my performance. I dont appreciate being looked down upon or constantly being told what im doing is wrong or not enough. although i follow direct orders from the manger.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see you all the new items coming off the truck for the seasons
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about my store is usually the customers and being able to see first-hand all the new items for seasons
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have some good direction on how to handle the employees they have on hand. But there is still alot of miscommunication. And slow on follow through.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty quick and straight to the point it was a very good interview although I do have experience which is why the interview went pretty well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as a wear house worker. We should be paid a bit more for constantly moving huge and heavy pallets every day and every shift. As stockers and cashiers dont need to move as much or exert a lot of energy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stay focus on the task at hand to not worry or wonder if another co-worker is working as hard or as equally as you are also don't be so quick to to judge someone and think that they are going to do their tasks wrong. And gossiping while working is also a very big issue it slows down the performance
