I am having a really bad experience at work the manager cant do her job correctly she lets employees steal hours and merchandise, i can no longer be working there i have informed lots of people above her and nothing seems to be done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
honestly everything is im being 100 percent honest they need a whole new team at that store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i dont get paid enough and i also dont get any recondition my store manager takes all the credit but when its something bad i get all the credit.
