My overall experience at my company I dislike alot if I can change alot now I would because the paste of everyone weather is slow or too fast it's never convenient because there's alot to do at the job with little employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at communicating with one another on what has to be done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the interview process was short but also irritating because it left me speechless because I wasn't sure if get the job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I honestly like the fact that I receive medical benefits with my company because I've had a while without medical so it benefits me alot.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honestly everyone has a negative side on them and when they tend to bring their problems to work it affects themselves and also the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some best things about my team are that we try to work together by taking turns on our breaks and getting things done around the store like stocking up around registers but also getting customers in and out so we move at a pretty good paste.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What is wrong is that my boss has been rude since the day I told her that he was being rude to me when I was off the clock treating me like an employee when I haven't even clocked in to work yet. Not sure what can be improved ever since new employees the whole working system here has changed.
